Foster 40-16

Foster Block Filler is a white, tough, washable abrasion- resistant fill coat for all unpainted masonry surfaces. It fills the pores, depressions and crevices in a one coat application. It provides a sound, filled, and primed surface And is compatible with Foster 40-20 and most acrylic latex or alkyd enamel finishes.
