Strategic sales meeting 2022 – Kissing a cactus

After our last Strategic Sales Meeting in 2019 held at the Huis of Hilde – an archeology center in the Netherlands – two editions were cancelled due to COVID. Now in 2022 after all restrictions were lifted our commercial colleagues met again to catch up on a personal level, discuss strategy and inspire each other with local and international successes.

Tuesday afternoon colleagues from Germany, Czech republic, UK, France and the Netherlands arrived in the hotel. A nice, informal atmosphere allowed everyone to catch up while enjoying local delicacies such as bitterballen. After dinner, colleagues from all branches stayed in the hotel for another informal get-together.

On Wednesday the more serious part of the program took place. All teams prepared two presentations on different topics to inform but especially to inspire each other. After all presentations were finished Frans Reichardt – speaker on Customer Experience & Listening Leadership – held a presentation and our team did exactly what they were supposed to, listen. Fortunately there was much room for interaction too!

After this part of the program was concluded the team took off on electric scooters to explore the dunes of Noordwijk and its surrounding area. Although Temati is specialized in solutions for thermal insulation protection some colleagues learned something new to protect and insulate thermally, their hands. After a nice dinner and some sandblasting on the beach the Strategic Sales Meeting 2022 was successfully closed with some drinks, small talk and technical discussions at the bar.

This calls for a new edition in 2023!
