Temati goes down under

Temati has recently supplied to Woodside Energy Ltd. Pluto LNG project in Karratha West-Australia.

The project started august 2011 after discovering galvanic corrosion issues with the primary vapour barrier foil. After reviewing different options Woodside decided for Tembutil-IF as being the best solution

Further to reduce labour hours on site and meet the huge time pressure it was agreed with onsite contractor AusGroup AGC to use pre-applied Tembutil on Kingspan Tarec PIR. And to cut on the transport time every all supplies was done by Antonov air cargo. To speed up production time, Temati had to tailor cut Tembutil to fit PIR fittings. Logistically a challenge that in the end proofed to be the right formula for everyone.
