VAPOR-FAS 62-05: Alternative to 3M Ventureclad

Temati offers a credible alternative to 3M Ventureclad: Vapor-Fas 62-05, also known as “five-ply”.

This aluminum and polymer laminated multi-layer film is used as insulation protection of pipes, air ducts and equipment, against weather and UV influences. It has an extremely low vapor permeability and has sufficient mechanical resistance.

Vapor-Fas 62-05 has been used in HVAC applications for some time in the UK and Middle East, not only to protect against penetration of moisture, but also increasingly as a replacement for aluminum cladding.
